The monetary limit of the Ontario Small Claims Court is now $35,000.We will objectively assess your case and recommend the appropriate actions. The current limitation period for most claims is two years from the date of loss.

We are very experienced in all aspects of Small Claims Court, and will determine your damage or assess the best defence and defend you with integrity.

A variety of legal fee structures may be available for a Small Claims Court matter. We structure our rates on both a hourly rate and some block fees as set out in our retainer agreement.

After an assessment of your case, we will advise which fee structure is applicable to your particular matter.
